Help naming the group of men

This photograph shows men on the oil works site, though nothing else is really known (date, names, etc.). The writing on the back of the photo says "Father and Uncle Will Weir".

Any help providing further details of the photo will be much appreciated.

Hi, the site is very interesting and I came across this photoof the oilworkers which my gg/grandfather Patrick Kane who resided at 29 Livingstone Street was one.I don't know what he looks like and I am just wondering could he be in this photo?
